Your teacher
Nikita Bezrukov leads the ZDRAVA training centre and created the 3D YOGA method. His work brings together teaching, equipment-assisted practice and his experience of yoga and qigong.
Your qualification
The Academy offers Instructor, Coach and Master pathways. Before enrolment, we explain your starting point, assessment requirements and the certificate issued for your chosen course.
Continued support
Keep developing through individual consultations, video review and the community of certified Masters. The availability, scope and cost of further support are explained in your offer.

Online training is available. We need to agree the teaching language, time zone and equipment access so the practical part can be organised.
The broader Master curriculum includes the founder’s views on wellbeing and Human Design alongside practical training. These perspectives are separate from scientific evidence. Ask for the full syllabus so you can review all topics before enrolling.
Practical training requires access to appropriate equipment. Tell us what you already use so we can discuss what your chosen format requires before you book.
It records the Academy training you complete. Professional, insurance and business requirements vary by location; the certificate does not replace them.
Online training is €850. A 4-day in-person training format is €1,000–€2,500. Your offer will identify the chosen course, what it includes and any additional costs.
